Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage is the touch of aloha. It was practiced on ohana (family) and learned through family lines. Flowing rhythmic techniques working to the level of the bones to create balance between spirit and body. You still receive the benefits of a massage. The touch of aloha allows your body to relax, go into parasympathetic mode (rest&digest), it will feel safe to let go of what it has been holding on to. I listen to your body and work with it where it is at. This compassion gives us the opportunity to work on deeper layers of tissues without causing stress on the body.

What to expect?

Lomi Lomi Massage is Hawaiian Massage. Feeling similar to a Swedish massage while receiving the physical benefits of a Deep Tissue massage. Lomi Lomi Massage is spiritual and works with your ancestral line, you may experience relaxation, calmness and vivid dreams. You may see rainbows or feel the ocean.

What is this?

Rainbow Energy Healing is healing for the mind, body and soul on the subtle level. Everything is energy, including us. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed and where energy is flowing, disease cannot exist. We have the choice to create the atmosphere that allows our energy to flow. There are many techniques for energy healing. I work with the rainbow, chakras. I took the parts I found most beneficial of Usui and Rainbow Reiki, combining them with parts of Lomi Lomi ideas and all my other studies, taking only what was genuinely in love; it is a way to heal the energy body gently, in love.

What to expect?

I will offer to show you how to feel energy for yourself before beginning our session. During a Rainbow Energy Healing session, I will set intention in only love from creator, I will create an orb of protection around us. I will be moving around you, working with energy, moving stagnant energy, releasing what you no longer need to hold on to and filling your energy body with love. It is gentle and uplifting. This is a hands-off technique. If you are currently involved in a regular mediation or Reiki practice, it will feel similar to that. If you are not, that is ok, it will feel similar to how you feel in the moment right before you fall asleep, when you are completely relaxed. You may see the colors of the rainbow.

These techniques work together in a way that allows the mind, body, soul to balance, bringing you into your rest and digest mode (parasympathetic nervous system) working into the physical and energy body on the deepest levels, into the stored traumas and core love-pain all in a very gentle, compassionate and loving way. It helps release what has been pushed down, allowing you to be you again, your fully genuine and authentic self.
