Mana=spiritual power; life energy that flows through all things. We are all born with mana which is passed to us through our ancestors. Through every moment in our lives, we are given the opportunity to expand our mana. We can expand our mana by healing our mind, body and spirit, choosing to live aloha, being in love. By choosing to expand our mana we are giving ourselves the ability to love ourselves, everyone and everything on a deeper level.
